We require a 48-hour notice prior to your Spa service. If you fail to appear on the day of your service or fail to cancel your appointment, a credit card number will be required to reserve your next appointment and Salon Beyond reserves the right to reduce the amount of your gift certificate or charge your credit card by fifty percent of the total cost. Certificates are valid for one (1) year from date of purchase, and are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Gratuities for services are not included, however envelopes are available for your convenience at the front desk.
