Envy Salon & Spa was established in September of 2007 by Doug
DiCarlo. Doug has been a salon owner in the Philadelphia area since
February of 1981, with Envy Salon & Spa being his fourth salon. He
has studied in London under Bumble & Bumble, as well as The Sam
Brocata Hair Academy in New York in the years 2005, 2006 and 2007.
He is a 1995 graduate of Villanova University, and received a M.S. in
the year 2000 from Chestnut Hill College. He has also worked in
various Philadelphia and suburban schools with at risk youth and
as a Special Education counselor. He currently resides in
Norristown, Pa.
