Philip Pelusi introduced a new salon philosophy and renovation plan called Phyto-Life®, derived from "Phyto-Derivatives®," which are the reformulated natural plant organic extracts found in Philip Pelusi® Hair, Body, Bath, Skin and Cosmetic products.
Philip Pelusi® Phyto-Life® Salons are vivid representations of the Phyto-Life® philosophy expressed through architectural design, one-stop shopping retail centers, and client service. Now known as Philip Pelusi® Phyto-Life Salons®, but still "A Cut Above The Rest®," the chain of 13 salons employs over 330 designer consultants, management staff members, the Philip Pelusi® Artistic Design Team and Office Staff members that service over 7,500 clients a week and perform over 80,000 haircolor services per year.
To date, Philip Pelusi and his Research Team of Chemists have created over 60 exclusive Diverse product formulations known as the Philip Pelusi Phyto-Life® line with enhanced organic ingredients for the hair, skin and body, and complete Philip Pelusi Phyto-Life® cosmetic line. The Professional (Salon) Phyto-Life® line includes a professional relaxer, Enhanced Organic Relaxer Gel; an Anti-Curl System, and several customized perming solutions including Philip's exclusive 3D, 4D, and 5D Permanent Wave Systems.
Philip Pelusi® Phyto-Life® Salons and the Philip Pelusi® Artistic Design Team have been recognized and awarded by trade publications and various organizations around the world for their creative excellence in hair & cosmetic design, photography and presentation for years. The Philip Pelusi® staff members have enhanced the lives of hundreds of children associated with the Muscular Dystrophy Organization and other non-profit groups through charitable donations and fund-raising efforts.
